1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Talexora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talexora website, products, and services (the "Service") operated by Talexora ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talexora is a professional portfolio platform where users create public proof-of-work profiles at talexora.com/username. Users can showcase projects, career history, testimonials, and contact links, and use AI tools to optimize portfolios and tailor job applications. Free and paid subscription plans are available.

Free plans may display Talexora branding on public profiles. Pro and Elite plans remove that branding, as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breach

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Account sharing: You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, images, or other material ("User Content"), including public portfolio profiles.

License: You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display purposes), adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely to operate and promote the Service, including displaying your public profile and share previews.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content, including projects, bio, career history, and testimonials. Testimonials must be legitimate and submitted through our official verification process where applicable.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Post harmful or dangerous content
• Falsify career achievements or professional identity
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Post violent content or threats
• Post explicit or adult content
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Use automated systems to scrape data from the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payment Terms

Free plan: You may use a free tier of the Service without payment, subject to plan limits described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions: Pro and Elite plans are billed in USD through PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details; PayPal processes payments according to its own terms.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

Refund policy: All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. AI Features

Certain features use third-party AI providers to generate or optimize text based on information you submit. AI outputs are provided for assistance only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Talexora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Talexora does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TALEXORA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talexora and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings dashboard in your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and your public profile will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tunisia, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting an update on this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
